Evee and Cycles - Compatible : Cycles for better results, but you can also get a good result in Evee if you know how to tweak the settings for it.

You can tweak the pupil to your liking with the Shape Keys window in Blender:

You can simply tweak the Eye color, Iris details, Ring light reflection, Eyeball redness in the Shader editor in Blender.

Installation:

Open Blender, then you can Append the object through the Blend file, then select the folder Object you can see the name Eye there, then select Append.
